Independence
Independence is a planned
development community (similar to Celebration) that will be comprised of
2493 homesites, an elementary school, a downtown area with restaurants
and shops, nature trails, a bike trail, four community pools, and a
breath-taking entryway complete with a 50 ft. clock tower overlooking a
512 foot reflection pond, mature live oak trees, and two magnificent
gas-flamed monuments. It will be filled with parks and
conservation/preserve areas (one of which houses a bald eagle), and is
situated on two ski-able lakes! The community is located in Southwest Orange County, just north of the
Walt Disney World Resort.
Independence will be
sold in phases. The first phase is being sold now and many of the homes
have been completed or are nearing completion. The owners of these
