Thousands of Listings to Search!

There are three options to navigating through the Search pages:

1. General Search: By choosing "General Search", a search page will open that has no predetermined search criteria.  You can then choose to search by City, Zip Code or Subdivision.  Your search can be further refined by choosing the number of bedrooms, minimum and maximum price, etc. After clicking "Search" you will be taken to a page where you can log in to see the search results and any previous searches or listings that you have saved.

2. "Quick Links": A number of searches have already been customized.  Just choose one of the "Quik Links" and a search results page will appear.  The results will state how many properties were returned in the search.  From here you will need to sign in or register to see the listings.  Modify your search from here to view homes in other areas.  If you choose another "Quick Link" you will need to reenter the email you used for registration.

3. Featured Properties:  Here are the current homes that are available for sale through the Kim Hawk team.  Want to see more?  Register to receive daily emails of new listings and start your list of homes to visit by saving them to your account.

When using the MLS search, there are many features available that will make your home search easier:

 When you click the Search Button, any criteria that has been added in the regular or advanced search will be used to create your search results.
 

After entering your
search criteria you can have daily updates sent
to your email address.
The updates include all new or modified listings in the MLS.  If you don't yet see a home that fits your criteria, choose the send me updates to be one of the first to know about new homes and changes to existing listings.  You can cancel the updates at any time.

You can also register for updates after viewing the results of a search by choosing the "Send Me Updates" button.  This will also save the search to view at a future date.

From the search results screen (one listing of many on the page is shown here) you can view details of the home.  Just click on the MLS Number or the home photo to go to the detail page.

When you see the Virtual Tour logo the home listings offers
360 degree views of the home.  You can usually see the master bedroom, kitchen, living room and other rooms of interest in the home.  When you see this logo click to see more information on
the home.

In addition to outlining the detail of of the home, including
the opportunity to see multiple pictures of the property, the detail page gives you additional tools to manage your
home search.

Request More Information: An email is sent to ReMax Marketplace along with any comments and how you
would like to be contacted.  A representative from our organization will contact you within 24 hours with the answer to your questions.  If you have not heard from anyone within 24 hours please email me.

Save Listing put the homes in your Saved Listings folder.  You can save multiple homes and be able to view them at a later date, or compare them to further identify the homes that interest you.

Printable Version:  Prints a brochure quality page of the home from your computer and printer.

Tell a Friend:  Want the opinion of a relative or colleague?  You can email the listing directly to someone for their review.  Think a friend needs a new home?  Search and send them the possibilities!

Mortgage Calculator:  Find out the monthly payments on the home.  You
can change the interest rates, down payments, etc to see what you would
need to fit your budget.

Map to Property:  This opens a Google map that not only lets you see where the home is located by map, but also allows you to have a satellite view of the neighborhood.  Zoom in and out to see the relationship of the location to other areas of interest.

By choosing the hyperlink on a listing an email is sent notifying us that you are interested in scheduling an appointment.  An agent in our office will contact you to discuss when you would like to see the home.

The search for homes is available to anyone who in interested in a home in
Central Florida.
