Homes in the Isles of Bellalago offer a current price range of $281,990 for 1563 square feet and $332,990 for 2261 square feet.  Homes in Bellalago range from $345,990 for 2218 square feet to $424,990 for 3162 square feet (current prices as of August 2005).  Prices include a standard lot with park or oversize lots at a premium.  Lots on the lake command premiums from $175,000 to $250,000.  Upgrades are not included in the base prices.
